At 09:00 (or 14:00) we pick you up at your hotel to start a half day tour focused on the flavors of Bolivia. We start with a brief visit to a local popular market, where you can appreciate the most used ingredients in Bolivian gastronomy: Andean grains, native tubers, chili peppers, aromatic herbs and fruits from different regions of the country. Once in the southern area of the city of La Paz, known for being a residential, commercial and modern area that has experienced a remarkable growth in recent years, we will visit the three main stops of the tour.
